Terms of Service

Please read carefully before commissioning.1. GENERAL
- I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission.
- Full payment is required before I start working.
- For commissions over 200 USD, partial payment (50%) can be discussed.
- Payment is non-refundable once work has started (see Refunds section).2. WHAT I DRAW
- Cute / stylized characters
- Girls & boys
- Young adults
- Original Characters (OC)
- Fanart
- Mild gore (please ask first)I do NOT draw:
- Very masculine or heavily muscular characters
(If you’re unsure whether your character fits my style, feel free to ask before ordering.)3. REVISIONS
- I will send work progress in the following stages:
Sketch → Lineart / Base Color → Shading → Lighting
- Revisions are allowed during the Sketch stage.
- Once Lineart is approved, I will NOT go back to edit lineart during shading or lighting stages.
- Minor color adjustments may be allowed, but major changes are not.4. DEADLINES & DELIVERY
- Estimated completion time: 3–6 weeks depending on queue and complexity.
- I do not accept rush orders.
- Delays may occur due to health or unforeseen circumstances (I will inform you if this happens).5. USAGE RIGHTSPersonal Use
- Personal use only (streaming, profile images, banners, thumbnails).
- No resale, redistribution, or profit-making use.
- You must credit me as the original artist.Commercial Use
- x2 price – Commercial use for promotion & online platforms
(Discord, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Patreon, etc.)
- x4 price – Commercial use as merchandise or main product
(Goods, prints, keychains, covers, books, etc.)6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AI
- The artwork must NOT be used for AI training, AI generators, or NFTs.
- I retain the right to:
1. Display the artwork in my portfolio
2. Use it for self-promotion
3. Credit myself as the artist7. REFUNDS
- Refunds are NOT allowed once the commission has started.
- If I must cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, a full or partial refund will be discussed depending on progress.8. COMMUNICATION

How to request

(or dm to my twitter/bsky account @baitong9194)2. Fill the commission form.
- Type - Bust up / Half Body / Full body
- Coloring Style - Standard or Dullness
- References - Texts or Images, *Compose of character, Theme, etc.3. Please wait for my response before proceeding to payment.4. I will send the process for check. (Sketch -> Lineart/Base Colors -> Shading -> Lighting)If the Lineart step is approved, During shading or lighting, I can't go back to edit the lineart step.The finished work will be PNG. file and sent to you via e-mail or sta.sh

*For compose of character, I recommend to send the drawing like this for guide and this will make me draw faster

Reference Rule for Commission- For add Background, Reference are required.
- I'll not accept a combination of many characters into one character. (some minor add can be a consideration.)
- I'll not accept Incomplete Character.Additional Notes- The image size can be slightly changed according to the pose of character or theme elements.
- All prices have already include fees.
- I’m not very fluent in English, so please make your request brief and easy to understand.
